# Kontaktiert eure Spender\*innen persönlich

Gute Neuigkeiten — das können Sie auf jeden Fall! 💚

Die Plattform ermöglicht Ihnen:
* Senden **personalisierter Dankes-E-Mails** wenn jemand eine Spende tätigt
* Teilen **Updates oder Newsletter** über Ihre neuesten Aktivitäten
* Neue Kampagnen oder zukünftige Pläne ankündigen
* Den Spendern zeigen, was Sie dank ihrer Unterstützung erreicht haben
Ihre Unterstützer informiert zu halten stärkt Ihre Gemeinschaft und erhöht die langfristige Unterstützung.

**OPTION 1: SENDEN SIE EIN ALLGEMEINES UPDATE AN ALLE UNTERSTÜTZER 🌝**
1. Gehen Sie zu Ihrem **Dashboard**
2. Klicken Sie auf **Updates**
3. Wählen Sie **Update erstellen** (oben rechts)
4. Schreiben Sie Ihre Nachricht — Sie können **Links, Bilder und Videos einfügen**
5. Wählen Sie:
* Wer benachrichtigt werden soll
* Ob das Update öffentlich in Ihrem Profil veröffentlicht werden soll oder nicht
Sobald veröffentlicht, erhalten alle ausgewählten Unterstützer Ihre Nachricht per E-Mail.\
**OPTION 2: ERSTELLEN SIE PERSONALISIERTE DANKES-E-MAILS 🐬**\
Wenn jemand spendet, erhält er automatisch eine standardmäßige Dankes-E-Mail — aber Sie können diese Nachricht vollständig anpassen!\
1. Gehen Sie zu **Dashboard → Einstellungen → Benutzerdefinierte E-Mails**
2. Schreiben Sie Ihre personalisierte Nachricht (Sie können auch Bilder hinzufügen)
3. Speichern Sie Ihre Änderungen

Ab dann wird Ihre benutzerdefinierte Nachricht automatisch an jeden neuen Spender gesendet, der über die Plattform beiträgt.
