# Principios y valores

**Espíritu acogedor**: Las personas son la energía y la sabiduría de nuestra red. Damos la bienvenida a personas de todos los orígenes con amabilidad y valoramos igualmente las ideas, opiniones e incluso los desacuerdos de todos.

**Conversación**: La base de nuestra construcción comunitaria. Ninguna herramienta puede reemplazar escucharnos unos a otros y a nuestras necesidades, y crear redes y conexiones para ayudarnos mutuamente a comenzar.

**Sostenibilidad**: Queremos dejar el planeta en mejor estado del que lo encontramos. Consideramos la sostenibilidad ambiental como intergeneracional y construimos un futuro mejor juntos.

**Exploración**: Iteramos y miramos nuestro trabajo con una mentalidad de principiante. Creamos un espacio seguro y valiente para nuevas formas de participación, nuevas narrativas y maneras de interactuar hacia un mundo regenerativo.
